"As an up and coming drag performer, I wasn't fitting into the drag circles and decided to create my own events. It's rather easy to do, but there's a lot you don't consider, one being ticket sales. Bars and clubs will generally let you host whatever but you must supply your own DJ, performers, tickets, etc. all to make some money in the end.
